Perryfields Junior School is a thriving two-form entry Junior School in Chelmsford, Essex.
Following the retirement of our long-standing Headteacher, the Governors are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a proven track record of working in a good or outstanding school, that can lead Perryfields Junior School through the next stage of its journey. We are looking for a leader who can uphold and embrace the status of Single Academy Trust for Perryfields Enterprise Academy Trust.
This is an energising time for Perryfields Junior School as we have recently been awarded outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. The position will suit an existing practised senior leader with experience of delivering exceptional standards, who can lead the school in its continued success.
As the Headteacher you will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with our pupils, supporting them and making them feel valued, in line with the Trust vision and values. You will be able to work with the existing team to shape the way in which you will lead the school to positively impact the educational development of all pupils.

Salary: Leadership Point 9 - 16 | £60,643.51 - £72,162.00
