We are seeking an individual to work within the Stansted Academy, SIA & Professional Apprenticeships team to help support the smooth running of our provision. Ideally you will have experience in a customer focused and administrative role. You will have strong communication skills, an ability to work to deadlines, be competent using ICT and have a can-do attitude that shows flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.You will be primarily working to support unemployed adults enrol onto our courses and into employment.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good level of English and maths, minimum level 2 or equivalent
- Preferred experience of working with the unemployed and external agencies
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Please be aware that this position requires onsite work, and remote options are not available.
