St Benedict's Catholic College has an exciting opportunity for an Exams Officer to join our busy college.
We are looking for a positive team player with exceptional administrative, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The role will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the examination administration and planning throughout the academic year. You will organise a team of invigilators. To be successful in the role, the preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach, attention to detail, and be confident to take ownership of a busy workload.
The hours of work will equate to 35 hours a week (1400hrs annualised, hours will increase during exam periods and fewer hours weekly at other times). Working pattern can be discussed at interview, 38 weeks per year term time plus 5 staff training days and 1 week in the holidays.
The pay band for the role is Scale 7, and the actual salary for the role will be within the range: £24,742.39 to £27,560.23 (under 5 years service) and £25,066.53 to £27,919.71 (over 5 years service).
