Chelmsford College is looking to employ two new Refectory Assistants to complement the existing team at the busy Princes Road Campus. Duties will include the preparation of hot and cold food, preparing barista coffee, serving students and staff and assisting with hospitality and vending services. Good hygiene and general kitchen skills are desirable as well as good understanding of food safety good and stock rotation practices. The successful candidate should be presentable and be able to work under pressure and as a member of a team.
This role is for 22.5 hours per week and for a fixed term until May 2025 in the first instance.
Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
