Assistant Headteacher including Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities- Secondment Opportunity
Due to the appointment of one of our leaders to work for The Essex Special School Education Trust (ESSET) and Essex County Council Outreach Program we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and empathetic leader to join our senior leadership team on a fixed term secondment of 5 terms
This is a full time position on the Leadership pay scale L14 (£65,010) to L18 (£71,729)

Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.
