ADMINISTRATOR - BEHAVIOUR FOR LEARNING OFFICER

Scale 5 Point 9 - 12, Actual starting salary £20,871 (pay award pending)

Hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm, term time only (plus one week).

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability to prioritise and deal with a demanding workload. You will be an excellent communicator, confident dealing with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.

You will also have good attention to detail and have the capacity to work in an environment that requires diplomacy, tact and confidentiality.

Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy, have excellent Microsoft Office skills and a knowledge of Arbor would be advantageous.

Great Baddow High School Specialises in Science and Sport and is a centre of excellence.

We deliver a high quality education in science that challenges and stimulates students. The sciences are popular A Level subjects with many students choosing science-based courses at university. We promote many vocational and enrichment opportunities, including STEM projects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) to enrich learning experiences.

Specialising in sports since 2004, our sports facilities, teaching expertise and extra-curricular provision are outstanding. Our students enjoy sporting success at district and national level and benefit from an exceptional extra-curricular programme although our ethos is centred on participation for all.
