The core purpose of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the school and the head teacher and to be responsible to the head teacher for the development and maintenance of the schools information and management systems within the school.
Specific duties:
With oversight from the Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team:
Receptionist, Duties and Responsibilities (when Required)
Debt management
Admissions and attendance
Clubs and Extended Services
Monitoring and reporting
Administration
Welfare (When required)

• Full-time, permanent role, with 37 hours per week
• Annual leave entitlement, from 27 days, increasing to 32 days after five years (+ 8 bank holidays)
• Salary range £24,702 - £25,979, subject to nationally negotiated annual pay deals for local authority workers
• Current advertised pay subject to increase pending finalisation of the current national pay deal for April 2024
