Salary - GLC Point 23 £30,192 - P27 £33,504 FTE [Actual Pro Rata Salary £26,476 - £29,380]
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 8.00 - 15.30, Wednesday - 09.30 - 18.00, Thursday - 09.30 - 18.00
Working Weeks: Term time plus 5 holiday working days
Closing Date: 8 July 2024 at Midday
The Gateway Academy [Secondary] is part of the Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership of one secondary academy and four primary academies located within Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary in the borough of Thurrock, to the east of London. An exciting opportunity has arisen to serve as the School Staff Instructor [SSI] for the Gateway Academy CCF contingent for two days per week and to work within pastoral care at the Gateway Academy as a dedicated Coach for three days per week.
Successful candidates will have experience as an SNCO, WO or officer in the Regular, Reserve or Cadet forces and should hold or be prepared to gain instructor qualifications.
