Student Futures Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and high-level influencer to lead and manage a dedicated team across four pivotal service areas: Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), Tutorials, Enrichment, and Work Placement to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a program for widening employability skills across the four areas.
- Promote cross-college engagement with employability activities through training and coaching.
- Integrate and manage information systems (Grofar & ProMonitor).
- Prioritise and manage multiple workloads to meet deadlines.
- Manage budgets and identify new income sources.
- Capture and analyse data for quality improvement.
- Lead regular team meetings across service areas.
- Lead on delivery of cross college training
- Ensure compliance with policies and accurate administration.
- Support staff in improving service quality.
- Promote student wellbeing to help students realise their potential.
Essential Requirements:
- Holds or is prepared to gain Careers Leader qualification Level 6
- Good understanding of progression routes for learners including higher education, apprenticeships and employment
- A good working knowledge of the FE environment
- Able to interpret and use data accurately. A detail knowledge of the Grofar system will need to be acquired.
- Experience of managing and developing individuals and teams
- A good understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks
