Early Years Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Scale 3, point 5 (actual salary £15,896.65 p/a)

Hours: Term time only, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 3:15pm, 30 hrs per week

Type: Fixed Term until 31st August 2025

Start Date: 2nd September 2024

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join one of our classes.

The successful candidate will:

· Experience of working in Early Years

· have a high level of empathy and compassion;

· have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children;

· feel confident in supporting good SEN practice in the classroom;

· remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team;

· liaise with and report to the class teacher and SENCo;

· support the schools' vision, ethos and values;

· have a good sense of humour!
