Receptionist - Part time
Required: one day per week (Friday- some flexibility required) 8.00am - 4.30pm
Essex Pay Scale 4 pt. 6 £23,893 plus inner fringe £988 (before pro-rata)

We are seeking to appoint a part time Receptionist/Administrator to join the school office as soon as possible. This is an important and busy role providing reception and administrative support and acting as a professional point of contact for the school. The successful applicant will work closely with the administrative staff and will have daily, direct contact with parents, students, staff and visitors. Excellent communication skills are an essential requirement for this role. The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is absolutely essential. You will be well-organised, highly motivated and able to work as part of a team. You will need to be hard working, flexible (as day may vary) and reliable with good interpersonal and IT skills.
