Hours of work: 30 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 PD days)
Scale 3 Point 5 - 6
Starting salary: £17,212 (actual)

Currently, we are looking to recruit a TA to join our growing Early Years team, to work alongside an experienced team in supporting pupil's learning. This may involve group and/or individual 1:1 work.The role may be linked to a specific pupil for which the school receives funding, as such the contract will cease if the pupil leaves the school or if the funding is withdrawn.
You should be:
● A proactive, experienced Early Years Practitioner
● Energetic, with bags of enthusiasm; someone flexible who has a nurturing attitude and a positive outlook
● Someone with good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development.
● Be able to demonstrate the confidence and ability to manage children in a positive and friendly manner
● Have experience of working with children in a learning environment
● Have the ability to use initiative, work as part of a team and have a good sense of humour
● An excellent communicator, creative and passionate about helping children be the best they can be.
