Job Overview:

To provide an effective and efficient level of administrative and systems support, demonstrated and delivered by working collaboratively and flexibly within the Quality & Innovation function. The role will support the delivery of CPD programmes and responsibility for the efficiency and integrity of CPD systems, records and developing/providing CPD data in the form of reports and statistics. The role will also support the Quality Team in basic administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

Learning & Development (CPD)

  • Accurately maintain all administrative systems to support scheduling, booking and delivery of staff CPD
  • Process applications for external staff development
  • Manage logistics of all in-house training programmes and all staff CPD Days
  • Book trainers and support the development of training schedules
  • Produce copies of training materials in advance as needed
  • Update the Intranet with details of upcoming training including production of a weekly staff circular
  • Act as a professional point of contact for external facilitators and training providers
  • Administer online evaluation surveys and proactively review and report on feedback
  • Ensure data is accurate, comprehensive and stored as required and in accordance with data protection
  • Maintain the electronic filing system for course programmes and handouts
  • Carry out research on areas of identified training and report back findings
  • Check prices of training, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and accurately support CPD budget
  • Complete CPD reports and year end processes

Project Governance

  • Assist the Project Manager in the production and maintenance of project plans
  • Maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
  • Assist the Project Manager in the production of reports and project summary reports
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records
  • Arrange project meetings as and when required
  • Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager

  • Diploma or relevant equivalent experience and/or training
