HR Officer
Part time Job Share - 15 hours per week
Scale 6 (£26,873 - £28,770 full time equivalent)
Actual Salary £9,800 - £10,491
15 hours per week Thursday & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Term Time plus 2 weeks
We are looking to appoint a part-time HR Officer to work on a job-share basis, who will have excellent communication and IT skills, ideally having previous experience of working within a HR setting in education, to work as part of our highly experienced office team.
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, responsible person whose main role will be to provide admin support in all aspects of the safer recruitment process to ensure the smooth running of the HR and Payroll functions

· Be able to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have good organisational and interpersonal skills
· Be highly confidential
· Have the understanding and preparation of all aspects of employee recruitment and retention
· Have knowledge of recording sickness absence processes
· Have experience of the preparation of staff contracts of employment
· Be experienced in preparation of all payroll functions
