We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and hard-working individual to join our fantastic Learning Support Team. The role may require you to support pupils learning in a variety of different ways; either within a whole class setting, small groups, on a 1:1 basis or delivering interventions.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold an A-C grade in Maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent).
- An LSA qualification or experience, especially in Early Years, would be desirable but not essential.
- Have an inclusive mindset, where all learners are valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential in all aspects of their learning, development and wellbeing.
- Be able to work as part of a wider team including with other Learning Support Assistants, Teachers and the SEND team.
- Be flexible, with a 'can do' attitude and be able to use their initiative when the unexpected may happen!
