Laindon Park Primary School & Nursery has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to work
alongside our amazing team of staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person, dedicated to
improving children's progress and outcomes. The successful candidate will support pupils in class and liaise
with staff across the school.
The successful candidate must:
Be educated to at least GCSE grade 4/level C or equivalent in maths and English
Evidence of working in a school environment
Have a positive approach and a range of strategies in relation to behaviour management
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to children, parents and other adults
Be committed to supporting the school vision, mission and values
Have personal drive and determination to deliver the best standards for learners
Have high expectations of all students
