As the Estates & IT Manager for Canonium Learning Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satrategic managment of the Trust's properties, fostering a safe, efficient, and conducive learning environment. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, encompassing asset and contract management, health and safety compliance, and strategic planning initiatives.
You will collaborate closeley with headteachers to provide essential support in the line management of local premises and catering teams, fostering continual improvement to uphold high standards and enhance services. Through this collaborative effort, you will directly impact the quality of education and the overall well-being of our pupils.
Furthermore, your role extends to managing key relationships with external providers, inclusing the IT Managed Servie Provider (MSP), Cleaning Contractors, and Catering Providers. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met, maintaining seamless operations and delvivering quality services that align with our educational mission.
Actual salary - £33,945 - £36,648
