Business Administration Apprentice
MIS (x1) Student Support (x1)
Salary £19,978 per annum
Located in Harlow
Full time (37 hours per week)
Fixed term for 18/21 months
About the team
MIS
Management information systems (MIS) team is responsible for the accuracy of learners' data across our MIS systems and submitting funding returns.
Student support
The Student Support team are responsible for providing an efficient and effective Admissions, Bursary, IAG and Administrative support for all prospective and current students at the College, ensuring that all students and parents have a positive experience of the enrolment process from initial advice and guidance, through to enrolment on the appropriate program.
General responsibilities:
- Data inputting
- Assisting team with data upkeep and accuracy
- Answering and responding to phone/email enquiries
- Communicating with other teams within the college
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good level of English and maths, minimum GCSE grade 4 or equivalent
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have attention to detail and the ability to understand complex information
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage with people both in person and phone
