We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring individual to provide support for our children.
You will be working closely with the class teachers and our Inclusion Manager.
To start ASAP
Scale 3
(£23,500 - £23,893 pro rata + £988 inner fringe allowance)
Monday to Friday 27.5hrs (8.45am - 3.30pm)
Flexibility with these hours may be needed
Do you have experience of supporting children?
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring individual to provide classroom and intervention support for our children. You will be working closely with the class teachers and our Inclusion Manager.
The successful applicant will:
· Ideally have previous experience of working with individual SEN or vulnerable children.
· Be confident in creating and sourcing resourcesto support the children.
· Be confident in maintaining clear progress recordsthat reflect the effectivenessof interventions used.
· Be able to work in a team but have the ability to think on their feet and adapt the learning to meet the needs of the children.
· Be passionate about developing children's individual talents and needs.
· Be willing and able to manage children's personal care needs
· Be patient, energetic and flexible.
· Be a professional person who is able to givequalityfeedback tocolleaguesand other professionals.
· Preferably have an NVQ level 2/3 - or other suitable standard of academic qualification
