We have a number of Teaching Assistant vacancies to support students with physical and neurological impairments.
Visits to the school are essential to give candidates an overview of the school and its students. Please contact the school office to arrange a viewing.
Scale 1-3 (Points 2-6) £22,366 to £23,893 pro rata (actual salary £14,681.47 to £15,683.83 - 28.20 hours per week from 9.00am - 3.15pm, term time only. Recent applicants need not apply.
Southview is a community special school for students aged 3-19 with physical, neurological and learning difficulties.
We wish to recruit enthusiastic people to join our team of Teaching Assistants at this special school to start on 2 September 2024. Experience in a special needs setting or as a Teaching Assistant would be an advantage but this is not essential.
The successful applicants will be responsible for supporting students with physical and/or neurological disabilities. This includes students with mobility challenges or learning difficulties and assistance with personal care.
