Hillside Playcare are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, caring practitioner to join their expanding pre-school team. The company has three sites in and around the Chelmsford area.

We are looking for an additional dynamic member of staff who can work
alongside the existing team to continue to develop the exploratory learning development of all our children in a child led, fun way. We welcome practitioners who value the importance of teamwork, have a warm smile to make every child feel special and above all take pride in being part of children's learning journeys.

The successful applicant will be qualified to level 3 or above, have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be passionate about working with young children. They will ensure that the individual needs of the children are identified and met and strive to build positive relationships with the children, staff and parents/carers. Applicants will also be offered the eopportunity to learn new skills andwork towards continuing prfessional development.

The nursery is open for 38 weeks of the year (term time only), however, applicants will be paid monthly over the course of the whole year. Holiday pay will also be paid and this will be in addition to the rate of pay featured above.

The provision is set within beautiful countryside and offers a wide range of outdoor learning opportunities for the children, including enrichment and Forest School learning. Our calm ethos is centred around a child led approach to teaching and learning.
