Little Faces Childcare is a family run Day Nursery located in the beautiful grounds of Pontlands Park in Gt Baddow, Chelmsford (CM2 8HR).

This role is for a Room Leader.
- Are you a LEVEL 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner???
- Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, happy, reliable, hard working and fun loving practitioner???
- Are you able to lead and motivate a team proactively and positively?

- You will be given the opportunity to develop your childcare skill set, with training and courses.
- This is a full time (40hrs per week) all year round position - working across 4-5 days, between our opening hours of 7.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

- Have a passion about working with children.
- Have a big heart and long arms to give lots of cuddles.
- Are enthusiastic and always wear a smile on your face.
- Are reliable, honest and hard working.
- Love to work as part of a team but at the same time are able to use your own initiative.
- Can communicate fluently in English (verbally and written).
- Have a sound knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted Statutory Framework, Safeguarding, Prevent duty & British Values.
- Be able to effectively plan and record children's baselines, development and next steps (we currently use Tapestry for online learning journals).
- Have a clear enhanced DBS (this can be arranged if you are not on the update service)
- Have Paediatric First Aid desirable (but this can be arranged).

Schedule:
- Full time
- 8 or 10 hour shift - across 4/5 days per week,
- during our opening hours of 7.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (all year round - 51 weeks per year)

Information about the School
We are located in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of Pontlands Park (Hotel & Spa) in Gt. Baddow, Chelmsford.
We offer full day care to children aged 0-5 years.
Our Opening hours are 7.30am - 6pm.
We close between Christmas and New Year.
