SEN Learning Support Assistant

Job Description

We require an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individual to join our school as an SEN 1:1 LSA. The hours will be Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am-12.00, 1.00pm - 3.20pm a total of 29 hoursand 20 minutesper week,for 38 weeks a year (term time). This position will be paid at Scale 3, Point5, equating to an actual gross salary of£15,670.04pa.

We have a delightful pupil with additional needs requiring full time adult support.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return we can offer a happy school with well-behaved children and a friendly and supportive team.

Experience of working in Key Stage 1 is desirable, however full training will be provided for the right individual. Training and support will also be available for supporting the pupils' additional needs.
