Wishes to appoint a

Business Administration Apprentice

Fixed term for two years

Salary: Apprentice Pay Rate - £6.40 per hour

(Increasing to national minimum wage for age after first year)

37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm ( with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

52.14 weeks per year

Start Date: September 2024

Brentwood County High School are looking to appoint a Business Administration Apprentice to work in the school office. The successful candidate would be expected to provide both clerical and administrative support to the rest of the team. Duties include answering telephone calls and parent queries, general administration tasks, all whilst working towards a level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.

Entry requirements: GCSE's at a minimum of Grade 4 (grade C) in English and Math's is an essential requirement to be accepted onto the Apprenticeship programme.

Due to increasing student numbers, Brentwood County High School is on a journey of improvement and is seeking to appoint additional staff. Following our "Good" Ofsted rating in June 2022 and several years of excellent student outcomes, demand for places in Year 7 and Year 12 has been rising. BCHS is just over two miles from the M25.
