We are looking to appoint an Attendance Officer at William Read Primary School to be in postition from September to ensure that current systems and procedures are rigorously implemented to further strengthen attendance and punctuality.
Working closely with other administration staff the successful candidate will:
· Be efficient, well organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
· Be able to establish and develop relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
· Be IT literate, have a good standard of English and can communicate professionally and competently through a range of methods (letters, emails, text messages, meetings and telephone calls)
The position is: 25 hours per week (additional hours would be available in the afternoon as an LSA)
8:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Friday
Full training will be given. A later/earlier start date would be possible for the right candidate.
