We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). The successful candidate will become part of our friendly and hard-working team which is dedicated to ensuring our children learn well and are well cared for. The role will involve working with children individually, in small groups and in classes, including teaching some classes when teachers have release time.
· Scale 5.£25,119 - £26,421, which is £13.02 - £13.70 per hour.
· Part time, 33 hours and 55 minutes per week.
· Term time plus inset days.
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:20am- 3:20pm (with 30 mins lunch break)
· Wednesday: 8:20am to 4:45pm (with 30 mins lunch break). Please note that on Wednesday the end time is 4.45pm. This is to enable attendance at our weekly School Improvement Meeting, with all our teachers, HLTAs and Learning Support Assistants - we value all our support team.
· To start Monday 2nd September 2024.

Ours is a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester and ten minutes from Clacton. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese. We also have training and other support in place for the successful applicant.
