We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated KS1 teacher for a year 2 class and an English Leader. You should be committed to delivering high quality teaching, achieving high standards and have a passion for children's learning. Applications from experienced Early Years Teachers are warmly welcomed.
You will be:
· Passionate about giving all children the best possible education; having high expectations for them and helping them to achieve
· Able to enthuse children with a love of learning and enable them to achieve their potential
· An excellent classroom practitioner, who reflects on their teaching and is committed to continuing to develop
· Creative and focused in your teaching with a good understanding of strategies to raise attainment
· Committed, flexible and able to work as part of a team.

Hare Street Community Primary School & Nursery is an outstanding two-form entry primary school in Harlow, Essex. We have dedicated staff and wonderful children from Reception to Year 6. We have a nursery that provides an excellent start for our youngest pupils. All members of the school community are committed to ensuring that children have a learning experience that is positive, encourages children to achieve and develop as well-rounded individuals. Staff teams are organised with support from experienced Year Leads and Key Stage Assistant Headteachers.
Hare Street Infant and Junior Schools were originally opened in the 1950's to serve the Hare Street and town centre area of Harlow New Town.
In the Spring Term of 2001 Hare Street Infant and Junior Schools were amalgamated to form Hare Street Community Primary School and Nursery.
At Hare Street School and Nursery we aim to provide a safe, caring, enjoyable and stimulating environment in which all members of our school community are able to develop and realise their full potential. We make learning interesting and fun for the children; we believe that a happy child is one who will thrive.
The school site is spacious and attractive with many large trees and a copse as well as a large field and a variety of garden areas with shrubs and flowers. The field is landscaped and this provides interesting play and learning areas. There are a number of outdoor playground areas for the children to use during their break and lunchtimes as well as for outdoor P.E; these include an outdoor multi-gym, an all ability climbing frame, a trim trail and many games marked onto the playground.
The Early Years children have their own separate outdoor play areas with climbing frames, trike areas, sand and water play, gardens and areas of interest.
