We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly preschool team.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality care and education for children.
Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Supporting children's learning, development and individual needs.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Observing children's progress and contributing to their learning journeys.
Promoting positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Working as part of a team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
A positive team player with good communication skills.
Creative and able to make learning enjoyable.
Committed to providing high-quality early years care and education.
Knowledgeable about safeguarding and children's welfare.
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is [essential/desirable], depending on the requirements of the role. Experience working in an early years setting would be an advantage.
