Finance and Estates Administrator
Scale 4 (pt 7-8)
Pro-rated salary range (£17,763 to £21,316 per annum - pt 7)
25-30 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied day and a dynamic working environment.
What we are looking for:
· Experience of working in a financial, or fast-paced administrative environment;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Experience of online platforms/databases;
· Well organised with excellent administration skills;
· The ability to prioritise workload while maintaining accuracy and meeting key deadlines;
· Flexibility to travel across all schools within the Trust.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, based on site at our secondary school in Brentwood.
There is the opportunity for ongoing personal and professional development following a successful probation if you are looking to develop a career in Finance and Administration.
The Central Team works year-round, so this is not a term-time post. We are, however, open to a degree of flexibility in school closure periods provided that you can be flexible and support our peak busy periods during term time.
We can offer some flexibility with hours worked per day, within the typical 08.00 until 16.00 day. Please indicate your preferred work pattern when you apply.
We will aim to hold interviews week commencing 25 August, (after the bank holiday), but reserve the right to close the advert early if appropriate.
