Start Date - ASAP

Part Time - 25 hours per week, term time only plus,4 weeks during school holidays

Normal Working Pattern: 7.00am - 12.00pm, Monday to Friday

Approx. salary £12,265

We are looking to add to our already highly skilled Site Team, with a new flexible and proactive Site Assistant, who has good general maintenance, caretaking and DIY skills and a "can-do" approach.


As a main key-holder your duties will include unlocking/locking of the school premises - this will also include site security and attending some out-of-hours call-outs (this may also include some evening lettings and lock-ups after school events).

You will carry out routine tasks in order to keep the site tidy, safe and secure. You will also be expected to undertake some minor repairs and maintenance (which are not beyond the scope and capability of the post-holder including; basic electrical, plumbing, redecoration etc.). Further responsibilities will include portering, recycling, maintaining supplies of materials and liaison with external contractors - all key elements to this challenging and eventful role.
