The CEO of Southend East Community Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Trust Estates Technician, to support the Estates Team in delivering effective caretaking services, including site security, oversight of facilities and equipment, porterage, cleaning, and routine maintenance duties.
Shift Patterns are as follows:
Early Shift: Mon-Wed, 07:00 -15:30, Thu-Fri, 07:00-15:15
Middle Shift: Mon-Thu, 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-16:00
Late Shift: Mon 10:00-18:00, Tue-Fri 09:30-18:00
School Holidays: Mon-Thu 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-16:00

The Trust Head Office is at SECAT House, which is in the grounds of Thorpedene Primary School, one of the 6 schools in our Trust. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant all operate from SECAT House.
The Central Finance Team, ICT Team, Estates Team and HR Team are all based in schools within the MAT, as is the Director of Education.
