Salary Scale 4: £26,824 - £27,254 per annum
37 hours per week | 52 weeks per year

Chelmsford Learning Partnership is looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our thriving schools' network.
Why This Role?
This isn't just admin - it'sthe beating heart of our HR function. You'll play a key role in supporting staff across multiple schools, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
·Supporting the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment to exit
·Managing HR records, contracts, and compliance checks (DBS, right to work, references)
·Being the first point of contact for staff HR queries
·Keeping data accurate across systems, including the Single Central Register
·Coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding, and probation tracking
·Supporting appraisals, reporting, and HR projects
What We're Looking For
·Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
·A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
·Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
·Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
·Experience in HR or administration (education sector a bonus)
·A team player who values confidentiality and professionalism

Information about the School
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is an emerging multi-academy trust based in Springfield, Chelmsford. The trust was formerly known as The Boswells Academy Trust but changed name in late 2017 to reflect the growth of the trust beyond one school. There are currently 8 schools across Essex in the CLP multi academy trust.
The schools in the CLP are: Barnes Farm Primary School, Lakelands Primary School, Perryfields Infant School, Roding Valley High School, Rettendon Primary School, Runwell Community Primary School, The Beaulieu Park School, The Boswells School, The Tyrrells Primary School, William de Ferrers School and Woodville Primary School.
