Job Title: Electrical Apprenticeship Teacher
Salary:Qualified (Level 4 teaching qualification): up to £43,392 FTE Unqualified: up to £34,376 FTE
Location: Harlow
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Electrician to join our team and teach Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeships. You'll play a vital role in preparing learners for successful careers in the building services industry.
You don't need a teaching qualification to apply - just a passion for sharing your knowledge. We'll support you to gain your teaching qualification at no cost while you work with us**
What you'll do
Deliver high-quality training to Level 3 electrical apprentices
Share your real-world experience to help learners succeed
Shape tomorrow's workforce with your expertise
What we're looking for
A qualified Electrician with recent industry experience
Enthusiasm for developing others and passing on your skills
Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible approach
