Learning Support Assistant
- NJC Point 4 - 6
- £21,661 to £22,353 actual per annum
- Term time only (39 weeks per year), 37 hours per week
- Temporary contract ending August 2027

Come and join our friendly teamat Ravens Academy, as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting the learning of individual SEND pupils within the classroom in all subjects as directed by the Class Teacher / SENCO.
About you:-
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to help children of all abilities, including those with special educational needs and those eligible for Pupil Premium, to learn as effectively and independently as possible, both individually and in small groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with a range of children and have the ability to supervise and organise pupils. This role requires, a grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be flexible and have the ability to relate well to children and adults. We welcome applications from ambitious candidates, keen to make a difference who have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
