ARP TEACHER
Salary: M4-UPS
Start date: ASAP/January 2027
Longwood Primary Academy and Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy have established Alternative Resource Provision (ARP) for children with ASD. The children attend day to day learning in the ARP however they have opportunities to work in the mainstream classroom where appropriate.
This ARP teacher role is a unique opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their skills to oversee and deliver the day to day interventions within both provisions.
Part of this opportunity will include overseeing both ARPs, alongside tailored planning and support, working with a specialist SEND team from across NET Academies.
Essential requirements:
- At least a C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards achieving)
- Ability to use ICT and learn new skills
- Working in partnership with specialist teacher to support pupils needs
