Chelmsford College is seeking enthusiastic and organised temporary staff to support our busy apprenticeship enrolment period. This role plays a key part in ensuring new apprentices are enrolled efficiently and receive an excellent first impression of the College.
Working closely with the Client Services Team Leader, you will help guide applicants through the enrolment process, provide high-quality administrative support, and contribute to a smooth and positive experience for all prospective apprentices and employers.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the timely enrolment of apprentices for the September 2026 intake
- Assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, and applicant enquiries
- Working collaboratively with the Client Services team to ensure efficient processes
- Providing a friendly, professional service to students, staff, and external stakeholders
