We are looking for a caring, motivated Nursery Practitioner at either L2 or L3 to join our nurturing early years team. You will help create a warm, secure environment where children feel confident, supported and excited to learn.
What you'll do:
Support children's learning through high‑quality interactions and EYFS‑linked activities
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
Carry out daily routines including nappy changing, toileting, snack preparation and sleep support
Maintain a safe, organised environment indoors and outdoors
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, child‑centred practice
Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold our high standards of care
What we're looking for:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
A warm, calm and professional approach
Good communication skills and a genuine passion for early years
