HR Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - remote working and office based within either the South Essex Hub based at Greensward Academy or one of our regional HR Hubs, in London (183 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BU, Bristol (Broadlands Academy), Birmingham (Greenwood Academy or Middlesborough (Unity City Academy) with travel to academies as required.
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
Maternity / Sickness Cover, Full time - 37 hours, 52.14 weeks
July / August 2022 Start
We are seeking a self-motivated, and organised HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive high-level HR administration support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle for the central team and our academies. The work is fast-paced and varied, meaning no two days are the same. We are looking for a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a brilliant team.
In this role you will be required to provide confidential administrative support to the School to ensure the smooth running of the HR team, managers and our schools. This includes comprehensive HR support to School Support Services/Building Operations including employee life cycle, onboarding/offboarding, administration of AET benefits and payroll.
