Lift New Rickstones is graded 'Good' (November 2023) and has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff. Over the last 8 years the School has seen a huge increase in student numbers, with the number of students on roll more than doubling. The School is a popular choice in the local area, is oversubscribed, and has added another new building to meet this demand.

Lift New Rickstones is a great place to work with a friendly and supportive team. Staff numbers have also increased and the school is proud to boast high retention rates. Development is a priority with an extensive and successful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programme to further develop our excellent staff.

We are looking for a Community Lettings Co-ordinator to support the smooth and professional running of our community lettings provision. We currently have:

Casual positions:

Flexible hours across evenings and weekends

  • Monday: 4:15pm - 9:30pm
  • Tuesday: 3:30pm - 10:15pm
  • Wednesday: 6:15pm - 9:15pm
  • Thursday: 6:15pm - 10:15pm
  • Saturday: 11:30am - 4:30pm

You will be the first point of contact for hirers, managing enquiries, bookings and administration while also ensuring facilities are safe, prepared and welcoming for use. This is a varied role that requires excellent customer service skills, strong organisation and confidence in overseeing the site during lettings periods.

The role involves managing the SchoolHire system, supporting invoicing processes, completing essential compliance checks and helping to promote our facilities to local organisations and community groups. You will also play a key role in ensuring the building remains safe and secure, including activating as a keyholder and maintaining high standards of health, safety and safeguarding at all times.
