Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT) and Thorpedene Primary School & Nursery are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our support team. The successful applicant will be based across all Key Stages, and a strong passion for SEMH/ SEN is required. The role will involve working closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of learning needs, both in class and in small groups.
This is a fixed-term position until August 2027.
Essential qualifications are GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at Grade C/4 and above. Experience of working with children in primary phase and KS2 experience would be beneficial.
