We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Achievement Support Teacher to join our team playing a key role in ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is focused on raising outcomes for all learners, with a particular emphasis on supporting disadvantaged pupils to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, leaders, families, and external agencies to provide targeted support, deliver high-quality interventions, and promote inclusive teaching practices across the school. They will be driven by a strong belief that background should never limit success and will be committed to developing high aspirations for every child.
