Science Teacher/ Specialist Leader in Education

Salary and range - variable depending on qualifications/experience

FTE: 100%

Required: Summer Term 2020

We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent and a relevant degree) or a SLE to join our experienced Science department from the summer term 2020.

The successful candidate will have the ability to teach Science across the Key Stages and will be creative, innovative, efficient and committed to raising standards. They will have excellent subject knowledge and join a highly motivated team of superbly collaborative teachers committed to a creative and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, and to instilling a passion for Science in our students.

Applications from teachers at any stage in their career are welcome: teachers with the ambition to train to become Lead Practitioners; NQTs; or those looking to experience a supportive environment where they can focus on teaching. Information about the School

St Clere’s Secondary School is located on the edge of Stanford-le-hope, surrounded by a large expanse of fields needed for a vast array of sports activities. We have a stunning range of facilities including a drama studio, Apple-Mac suites, Science labs, a Sports Pavilion, well-stocked library with research and quiet study spaces.
