We are seeking an experienced and aspirational Headteacher to play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our secondary schools and shaping the future of our Trust.

As Executive Headteacher, you will be the Headteacher at St Clere's Secondary School, leading the Head of School to support the senior leadership team in its daily operations and overseeing an extensive DfE-approved new build and site remodelling. Beyond this, you will work collaboratively with our secondary Headteachers to further raise standards, ensure consistency, and deliver the Trust's aspirations across our secondary phase. You will also lead in embedding our co-operative values, strengthening our 16-19 provision, and enhancing the partnerships between our schools and the wider community.

Information about the School

St Clere’s Secondary School is located on the edge of Stanford-le-hope, surrounded by a large expanse of fields needed for a vast array of sports activities. We have a stunning range of facilities including a drama studio, Apple-Mac suites, Science labs, a Sports Pavilion, well-stocked library with research and quiet study spaces. We encourage our pupils to engage, be inquisitive and able to succeed in all their academic and personal endeavours. We also offer specialist provisions for both deaf and visually impaired students.
