Receptionist and Admin Assistant
PayScale:BandB6plus SEN allowance (£24,740actual)
37hrs per week;
Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm
Friday 8am - 3.30pm
45.8wksper year (1 extra paid week after 5 years of service)

The Role:
We areseekingto appointareceptionist and admin assistant to join our busy admin team.Theideal candidate will haveexperience of working in afast-pacedoffice environment and willbe committed to being part of a school promoting an inclusive and positive environment for children with a variety of special needs.
TheTrust:
In March2025Treetops School was judged by Ofsted to havemaintainedthe standardsidentifiedat thepreviousinspection.Thepreviousinspection was in February 2020, at which time Treetops was judged as Outstanding. Treetops Free School, which officially opened in September 2022, was judged Good in its first Ofsted inspection in March 2024.
Students throughoutTreetopsLearning Community have complex needs varying from moderate to severe learning difficulties, which mayinclude;speech and communication difficulties,autismand global developmental delay.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate willhave:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A calm, professional manner
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience of working with MicrosoftWordand Excel
- The ability to work flexibly as part of a busy office team
