Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist - Fixed Term until 17th July 2026

Stifford Clays Primary School is seeking a talented individual to help us establish and shape our new Autistic Spectrum Disorder Resource Base funded directly by the Local Authority to eventually accommodate ten children. The unit will be led by a full-time experienced specialist teacher. The successful candidates will have a passion for working with young children and for assisting them to achieving their full potential. Applicants with experience of working with pupils who have ASD are desirable, but support will be given by the ASD Base Manager and on-the-job training provided. As a member of staff you will be valued and supported; in return we are looking for commitment, drive and enthusiasm.

The role will be fixed term until 17th July 2026.

The successful candidates will have a passion for working with young children and for assisting them to overcome their personal or behavioural issues which are often a barrier to pupils achieving their full potential.
