Wishes to appoint a
Breakfast Club Assistant
Salary: Band A Point 1 - 6
(£3,464.01 - £3,707.63 actual salary per annum depending on experience)
6 hours 15 minutes per week
7:15am - 8:30am(Monday-Friday)
37 weeks of the year - term time only
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
We are looking to appoint a hardworking and enthusiastic internal member of staff to support our expanding wrap around before school club at Little Thurrock Primary School, which is a member of Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. Our schools' ethos is based on the Co-operative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and sharing a sense of collective responsibility for supporting each other.
The successful candidate will:
· Ensure that pupils work/play together in a structured and secure environment.
· Ensure the care of pupils who are injured or unwell.
· Give comfort to distressed pupils.
· Occasionally work 1:1 with children and in small groups.
· Uphold the School's Behaviour Policy, including treating pupils with respect and consideration.
· Supervise physical activities for pupils in playground/field areas
· Ensure a smooth and timely end to the club and supervise the safe exit of pupils from the site or to class.
