Job Description

Woodham Walter C of E Primary School are seeking to employ a Learning Support Assistant, with lunch cover as a Midday Assistant. The applicant appointed to this role will have high expectations and show they can enable individuals to achieve their potential and make good progress.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a creative, enthusiastic and energetic practitioner and a real team player.
Communicate with pupils, staff and parents effectively, both verbally and in a written form.
Is someone who can use agreed teaching and learning strategies consistently, yet also respond to educational needs in the 'here and now' to enhance learning opportunities within a lesson.

LSA (scale 3, point 5) = £14,673.12 Actual Salary
MDA (Scale 2, point 3) = £2,708.86 Actual Salary
Hours: 8.30am - 3.15pm Monday - Friday, School Term Time only
Start date: 2nd June 2025 or potential September start (as agreed)
