SEN 1-1 Learning Support -
15 Hours per week 5 days per week, Term time only
Fixed Term
1st September 2026 until 31st December 2026, the contract may be extended if funding continues or additional funding is secured, but there is no guarantee.
Scale 3, pts 6-7 (£25,988.90-£26,403.00 FTE) Actual £8,790.14-£8,930.10
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, dedicated, and capable SEN LSA for a Fixed Term appointment to work in partnership with the class teacher to assist pupils with moderate needs and to support their learning in line with the school's curriculum. Funds have been specifically allocated to support this provision. In the event of the allocation of funds ceasing or the child leaving the school before the final date above, your appointment will cease with statutory notice.
Experience of working with pupils with special educational needs would be beneficial.

· Able to listen to and take guidance from colleagues, specialist teachers and other professionals
· Able to build positive relationships with the pupil and their families
