Salary: Scale 3 Point 6 - 7 FTE £25,988.90 - £26,402.70. (Actual salary £8,567.86-£8,704.28)
Hours: Part-Time. 15 hours per week. 09:00 - 12:00
Contract: Fixed until 31/08/2027

St Andrew's C of E Primary School is a small, welcoming village school with a strong sense of community and a caring Christian ethos. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our committed team and help our children thrive both academically and personally.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates patience, empathy and understanding when working with children.
Is committed to promoting inclusion and helping every child achieve their potential.
Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities within a school setting.
Shares and supports the Christian values and ethos of our school.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Support pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities.
Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
Support children with additional learning and emotional needs where required.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

Information about the School
We are a small, village school at the heart of our local community in Great Yeldham. Our aspiration is for all pupils to be the best that they can be.
