Job Purpose:
To support the learning, development, and well-being of all pupils, including those with complex educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment.
You will:

Have an understanding of specific learning needs and styles to adapt teaching to support all pupils
Have the ability to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking

Have the ability to work with a range of colleagues
Work collaboratively across the school
